Yoga and Meditation
Regular practice of yoga enables in ameliorating and curing a large number of diseases like Obesity, Hypertension, Diabetics, Insomnia, Low back ache, Breathing problems, Sciatica, Anxiety disorders, Migraine, Sexual disorders.Yoga reduces the number of angina attacks and even the need for angioplasty or bypass surgery. Several trials found that Yoga may help control high B.P almost as effectively as meditation would.
Yogic breathing exercise clearly improves the lungs ability to saturate the blood with oxygen, enabling healthy people to exercise harder and longer. Some clinical trials have indicated that yoga may also reduce the severity of the two most common lung ailments- asthma and chronic bronchitis.Regular practice of Asanas, pranayama and meditation helps in decreasing stress and strain, increasing concentration and intellectual capacity and healthy attitudes and behavior.
